Job summary

SAP is seeking an experienced CFA Agentic AI Product Manager for People Solutions in Buenos Aires. You will run discovery with business stakeholders, translate needs into user stories, and prioritize work across engineering, platform, and ML teams.

You will define KPIs, govern data privacy and ethics, and lead adoption across HR processes. This hybrid role requires 5+ years in product ownership, strong consulting experience, and practical knowledge of SuccessFactors, LLMs, and RAG.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business consulting experience.
• Configuration experience and Certifications with SuccessFactors modules: Performance & Goals, Learning, Career Talent Development, Succession, or Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio.
• 3+ years' experience in product management or product ownership; exposure to AI/ML products, intelligent automation, or SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with P&C stakeholders and end users to define problem statements, user personas, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, technical specifications and acceptance tests for engineering, platform and ML teams.
• Prioritize work balancing business value, risk, compliance and technical dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with P&C business, CPIT AI Incubation and SuccessFactors product teams.
• Define and track KPIs and iterate based on telemetry and user feedback.
• Champion governance, data privacy and ethical guardrails; ensure human oversight for high-risk workflows.
