Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business consulting experience.
• 3+ years in product management or product ownership with AI/ML exposure.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with business stakeholders to define problem statements and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into user stories, specs, and tests for engineering and ML teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across P&C and AI teams.
• Define and track KPIs and iterate based on telemetry and feedback.
• Governance, data privacy, and ethical guardrails for AI systems.
