Job summary

SAP in Buenos Aires is seeking a CFA Agentic AI Product Manager to lead People & Organization Growth initiatives, partnering with engineering, CPIT AI Incubation, and SuccessFactors teams to define problems, user stories, and success metrics.

You will drive pilots, establish governance, ensure privacy, and manage adoption, delivering measurable value while balancing risk and enterprise controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business consulting experience.
• 3+ years in product management or product ownership with AI exposure.
• Certifications in SuccessFactors modules (Performance & Goals, Learning, Career Talent Development, Succession, Growth Portfolio).
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• Track record implementing AI-assisted or automation solutions and fostering user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with stakeholders to define problem statements, user personas, criteria and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into user stories, specs and tests for engineering and ML teams.
• Prioritize work balancing value, risk, compliance and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with business, CPIT AI Incubation and SuccessFactors teams.
• Define and track KPIs and iterate based on telemetry and feedback.
• Champion governance, data privacy and ethical guardrails for AI systems.
• Lead user adoption, training and change management activities.
• Present product status and roadmap to management and stakeholders.
• Present success stories internally and externally under SAP umbrella.
