Job summary

You’ll coordinate pilots, ensure data privacy, and lead adoption activities while reporting progress to management across the P&C domain. The role is hybrid and based in Buenos Aires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product ownership or product management with digital/AI focus.
• Hands-on with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories and tests.

Responsibilities

• Own AI initiatives for People & Organization Growth and bridge HR processes with CPIT AI teams.
• Define problem statements, personas, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Drive governance, data privacy, and change management across stakeholders.
