Job summary

SAP is seeking a qualified CFA Agentic AI Product Manager for People Solutions and People & Organization Growth in Buenos Aires. This role acts as Product Owner for Business AI initiatives within CPIT, bridging HR business processes with CPIT AI Incubation engineering teams in a hybrid work environment.

You will run discovery, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance tests, prioritize work, define KPIs, govern data privacy and ethics, and lead change management with HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business consulting experience.
• 3+ years of product management or product ownership; some exposure to AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Drive business process transformation using agentic AI for People & Org Growth.
• Plan and execute pilots, canary releases, and feature rollouts with cross-functional teams.
• Define governance, safety and ethical guardrails for AI systems.
• Lead user adoption and change management activities with HR change teams.
