Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Define problem statements, user personas, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into user stories, specs and tests for engineering/ML teams.
• Prioritize work balancing business value, risk and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across HR and CPIT AI teams.
• Define and track KPIs and iterate from feedback.
