Job summary

SAP is seeking a CFA Agentic AI Product Manager for People Solutions in Buenos Aires. You will act as Product Owner for Business AI initiatives within CPIT for People & Culture, bridging HR business process experts with CPIT AI teams.

You will coordinate AI topics for Skills and manage governance, privacy, and ethics while driving adoption and change. You will lead discovery, define problem statements, write user stories, and plan pilots; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure roadmap

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business consulting experience.
• 3+ years product management or product ownership; exposure to AI/ML or intelligent automation.
• Advanced degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-enabled HR product roadmap and coordinate with CPIT AI Incubation and SuccessFactors teams.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Drive pilots, canary releases, and observability for AI services; ensure governance and data privacy.
