Job summary

SAP is seeking a CFA Agentic AI Product Manager for People Solutions in Buenos Aires. You will bridge HR processes and CPIT AI delivery, coordinating across teams to align AI roadmap with People & Organization Growth initiatives.

Experience with HR systems and AI governance is valued. You will lead discovery with HR stakeholders, translate needs into stories, and drive pilots and rollout with governance and change management considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business consulting experience.
• 3+ years' product management/ownership; exposure to AI/ML.
• Certifications with SuccessFactors modules (Performance, Goals, Learning, etc).
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define problem statements, user personas, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into user stories and specs for engineering.
• Prioritize work balancing value, risk, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with HR, CPIT AI, and SuccessFactors teams.
• Define and track KPIs and iterate from telemetry and feedback.
