Job summary

SAP is seeking an Agentic AI Product Manager for People Solutions within People & Organization Growth in Buenos Aires. You will bridge HR business processes and CPIT AI incubation, coordinating AI roadmaps and Skills initiatives while collaborating with engineering and SuccessFactors teams.

You’ll run discovery with HR stakeholders, translate needs into stories, and define KPIs. Expect governance, change management, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business consulting experience.
• 3+ years in product management or ownership with AI/ML exposure.
• Advanced degree in Business, CS, Data Science, HCI or related field.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for AI initiatives within CPIT for People & Culture.
• Define problem statements, user personas, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into user stories and technical specs for teams.
• Prioritize work balancing business value, risk, compliance and dependencies.
• Define KPIs and iterate based on telemetry and user feedback.
• Governance, privacy and ethical guardrails; oversee data handling.
• Lead adoption, training and change management with stakeholders.
• Present status and roadmap to management and cross-functional teams.
