Job summary

Convoy Finance in Argentina is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensure accurate accounting and timely reporting, and partner with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams.

You’ll lead a hands-on team, review work, manage month-end closes, and identify process improvements. This remote, full-time role requires Big Four experience and strong English communication with international clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Significant experience in full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting.
• Experience in client-facing accounting, public accounting, audit or advisory environment.
• Big Four experience is required for this role.
• English communication with clients; 100% in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts with timely accounting and reporting.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Review work for quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and analysis.
• Work with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to answer questions.
• Communicate progress and deadlines to clients.
• Support year-end compilations, audits, reviews and tax work.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems and controls.
• Coach junior accounting staff.
• Take ownership of complex accounting issues and guide the team.
• Support advisory and finance projects.
• Build long-term client relationships as trusted contact.
