Virtustant is seeking an Account Manager to own day-to-day partner success for university and nonprofit collaborations. You’ll manage communications, drive campaign coordination, and ensure deliverables stay on track while collaborating with an Account Director on larger accounts.

This 100% remote role is paid in USD and offers growth opportunities within a fast-moving, mission-driven agency focused on creating impact through performance marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or agency environments.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent communication with proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for assigned partners.
• Run partner check-ins with clear agendas and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction with records.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team and surface data-driven insights.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned for smooth execution.
• Track progress against partner goals including enrollments and inquiries.
• Assist with renewals, retention, and upsell alongside the Account Director.
• Jump into onboarding and new business support to start partnerships strongly.
• Support reporting accuracy and invoicing as requested.
