Job summary

Assurant seeks an Account Manager to support and grow partner relationships in higher education and nonprofit sectors. The role centers on day-to-day partner success, keeping campaigns on track and performance moving forward.

You’ll collaborate with an Account Director on larger accounts while independently owning partners as the primary contact. This is a remote role, paid in USD, with compensation based on experience and scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, marketing/agency experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners with clear, proactive communication.
• Run partner check-ins with agendas, alignment notes, and follow-ups.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and track scope/deliverables.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team and surface actionable insights.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned for smooth execution.
• Track progress against goals including budget pacing, inquiries, and enrollments.
• Identify retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities with the Account Director.
• Assist onboarding and new business support to start partnerships strong.
• Support reporting accuracy and invoicing processes.
