Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage a large software portfolio across Latin America and other international regions in a high‑volume, multi‑publisher environment. You will apply hands-on licensing knowledge in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams to optimize software utilization, reduce cost and ensure audit readiness, reporting to the SAM Hub Leader and contributing to continuous SAM

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience with licensing responsibilities.
Understanding of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
Experience with entitlements, renewals, compliance and audits.
Ability to manage high-volume requests and prioritize.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.
Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing and licensing information.
Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve software utilization and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while contributing to continuous improvement of SAM processes.
