Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the global SAM team and help manage a large software portfolio across Latin America and other regions. You will interpret licensing terms, maintain asset records, coordinate renewals, support audits, and collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and vendors to optimize cost and compliance.

Advanced English and Spanish are required, and experience with multiple publishers and licensing models is essential to succeed in a high-volume

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Knowledge of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, and cloud licenses.
• Experience across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize urgent requests.
• Strong English and Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while contributing to continuous improvement of SAM processes.
