Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the global SAM team, managing a large portfolio across Latin America and international regions. The role requires hands-on licensing expertise and the ability to operate in a high-volume, multi-vendor environment.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and engineering teams, maintain entitlements and records, support audits and renewals, and drive software optimization while ensuring compliance and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Knowledge of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud licenses.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance or audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize time-sensitive requests.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.
• Fluent English and Spanish; able to collaborate regionally and globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
• Handle competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
