Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join our global SAM team across Latin America and beyond. You will handle licensing across a high-volume, multi-publisher environment and collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to optimize software utilization and ensure compliance.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to move quickly between requests and publisher requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Software Asset Management experience with licensing.
• Strong understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS).
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across publishers and models.
• Knowledge of entitlements, renewals, compliance, optimization and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors.
