Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team. The role focuses on managing software licenses, entitlements and renewals across multiple publishers within Latin America, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency and accurate records.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to resolve licensing needs in a fast-paced environment and support audits and optimization initiatives, reporting to the SAM Hub Leader in Innovation & Technology.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Knowledge of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud licenses.
• Experience across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing detail.
• Advanced English and Spanish, with regional/global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization.
• Support license compliance, audits and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
