Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its global SAM team. You will manage software licensing across a large portfolio, collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to support accurate licensing decisions and cost optimization.

You will interpret licensing terms, track entitlements, and coordinate renewals in a high-volume environment while ensuring compliance and efficient service delivery across LATAM and international regions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience across licensing models.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals and license optimization.
• Ability to manage high-volume licensing requests.
• Knowledge of cloud/SaaS licensing models.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing and licensing information.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve software utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while contributing to continuous improvement of SAM processes.
