WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to oversee licensing across Latin America and other regions. You will manage requests, interpret terms, and maintain asset records while coordinating renewals and optimizations with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering teams.

You will work with publishers, support audits, and drive continuous improvement of SAM processes in a high-volume environment. English and Spanish proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM, software licensing or ITAM with significant SAM responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of licensing models including node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
• Practical experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization and audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize between publishers and requests.

Responsabilités

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle with accuracy.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records, including purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors.
• Handle competing priorities in a high-volume environment and drive process improvements.
