Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to lead licensing across a large, diverse software portfolio in Latin America and beyond. You will ensure accurate asset records, manage renewals and optimizations, and collaborate with IT, Procurement and Finance to support compliant, cost-efficient software usage.

The role demands hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish to coordinate with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across publishers.
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize requests.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.
• Advanced English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms across publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and software optimization.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors.
• Handle competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
