Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across a large portfolio in Latin America and other regions. You will interpret terms, maintain records, and coordinate renewals while driving compliance and cost optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience and strong collaboration with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams. Ideal candidates have advanced English and Spanish, familiarity with multiple licensing models, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and IT Asset Management.
• Understanding of licensing models including node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.
• Ability to handle high volumes and prioritize rapidly changing requests.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
• Handle competing priorities in a high-volume environment and contribute to process improvements.
