Job summary

WSP's global Software Asset Management team is seeking a skilled SAM Specialist to manage software licensing in LATAM and other regions. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers to ensure accurate licensing decisions and cost optimization.

In a high-volume, multi-vendor environment, you will maintain asset records, coordinate renewals and audits, and drive continuous SAM process improvements while ensuring compliance and timely service delivery across regional

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
Understanding of node-locked, concurrent, named-user and cloud/SaaS licenses.
Experience managing software portfolios across publishers and licensing conditions.
Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with timely processing.
Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records including purchases.
Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and cost optimization.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors.
Handle competing priorities in a high-volume environment and drive process improvements.
