Zusammenfassung

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across a large software portfolio and coordinate with IT, procurement, finance, and engineering teams globally. You will oversee licensing requests, renewals, and compliance to optimize costs and ensure accurate entitlements.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge, and the ability to navigate a high-volume environment while collaborating with regional and international stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing or ITAM.
• Knowledge of licensing models including node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, and cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance, optimization or audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes, prioritize time-sensitive requirements and adapt quickly between publishers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.

Aufgaben

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle with accuracy and timeliness.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records including purchasing/licensing info.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
• Prioritize competing requests in a high-volume environment and drive process improvements.
