Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LAC team, handling licensing across a large portfolio and collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and engineering. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery and compliance in a high-volume environment.

You'll analyze licensing terms, manage entitlements and renewals, and contribute to software optimization and cost efficiency across multiple publishers and regions, reporting to the SAM Hub Leader.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing.
• Experience across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Understanding of entitlements, renewals and license optimization.
• Ability to work with regional/global stakeholders in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of ITIL-aligned processes and SAM/ITAM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset records and entitlements.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and vendors.
• Handle high volumes and prioritize time-sensitive requests.
