The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing, entitlements and audits.
• Familiarity with multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Experience maintaining asset records and renewals.
• Ability to interpret licensing terms across publishers.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
