Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across a large portfolio, collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams. You will support accurate licensing decisions, renewals and compliance in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment.

This role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge and the ability to operate across regional and global stakeholders, with English and Spanish fluency prioritised.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Knowledge of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS licenses.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to licensing details.
• Advanced English and Spanish, capable of regional/global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records including purchases.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting; identify cost-saving opportunities.
