Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to lead licensing decisions for a large, multivendor portfolio across Latin America and international regions. The role requires strong SAM hands-on experience and collaboration with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams.

You will manage asset records, renewals, and compliance while driving cost optimization and process improvements in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Software Asset Management experience with licensing
• Strong understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud)
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across publishers
• Familiarity with entitlements, renewals, compliance, optimization and audits

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests end-to-end across full lifecycle
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models
• Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records (purchasing/licensing)
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors
