Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team. You will manage licensing across a high-volume portfolio, interpret terms across publishers, and ensure accurate entitlements and records while driving cost optimization.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to support renewals, compliance and audits, tackling complex licensing challenges in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management.
• Knowledge of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
• Proficient in entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.
• Advanced English and Spanish with regional/global collaboration.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned processes and SAM/ITAM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams.
