WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its global SAM team. You will manage software licensing across a large portfolio, interpret licensing terms, maintain asset records and support renewals and compliance in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment.

This regional role covers LATAM and other international regions, requiring hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS), and strong collaboration with IT,

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing across multiple publishers.
• Understanding of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud licenses.
• Experience managing large software portfolios and renewals.
• Ability to interpret entitlements, renewals, utilization and audits.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficient English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers.
