Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to oversee licensing across a large software portfolio in Latin America and other regions. The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge, and collaboration with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering.

You will handle entitlements, renewals and optimization, while ensuring compliance and timely service delivery in a high-volume environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for regional coordination.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM
• Strong understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud)
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance or audits
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize requests
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English and Spanish, regional/global collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers
• Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment and drive process improvements
