Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across a large regional portfolio in LATAM and beyond. You will interpret terms, maintain records and coordinate renewals with IT, Procurement and Finance teams.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, broad licensing knowledge, and fluent English and Spanish to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing or IT asset management.
• Strong understanding of licensing models and entitlements.
• Experience across a broad software portfolio and multiple publishers.
• Experience with renewals, compliance, optimization and audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize urgent requests.
• Advanced English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and vendors to resolve needs.
