JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Buenos Aires invites applications for a Print Center Specialist (Operations Specialist) to support high-volume production print operations. You will operate print engines and finishing systems, manage job tickets, and ensure timely delivery with SLA adherence.

Role requires strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and flexibility to work additional hours and weekends; on-site work only, with potential cross-location coverage as needed.

Formación

• Experience in a high-volume print center/production print environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and safeguard confidential information.
• Able to follow directions and drive tasks to completion.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication.
• Willingness to cover multiple locations and shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Operate high-volume print equipment and finishing systems.
• Produce and release print jobs from queue to completion with correct settings.
• Perform finishing and bindery work to specification.
• Receive, prioritize, and process production work; ensure delivery.
• Maintain job logs and tracking; escalate non-conformities as needed.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting for equipment and coordinate service calls.
• Manage inventory of print supplies and finishing materials.
• Respond to end-user inquiries with timely status updates.
• Support DBS operations as needed and participate in cross-training.
