J.P. Morgan seeks a Print Center Specialist to support high-volume print operations. You will produce, finish, and distribute print requests, ensuring SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets are met.

This 100% onsite role in Buenos Aires requires flexibility to cover shifts during peak periods and maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume print center / production print environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding confidential information.
• Ability to follow directions, take initiative and drive tasks to completion in production.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication with end users and partners.
• Experience in a fast-paced team with SLA-driven delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with willingness to cross-train and learn.

Responsabilidades

• Operate high-volume production print equipment and finishing systems.
• Produce and release print jobs from queue to completion with correct settings.
• Perform print finishing and bindery work per specifications.
• Receive, prioritize, process production work, and ensure accurate delivery.
• Maintain records of job logs, volumes, and turnaround times.
• Identify non-compliant activities and elevate as needed.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting for print/finishing equipment and coordinate service calls.
• Manage inventory of print supplies and finishing materials.
• Respond to end-user inquiries and provide clear status updates.
• Support broader DBS operations as needed and participate in process improvements.
