J.P. Morgan seeks an Operations Supervisor for Document & Business Solutions (DBS) in Buenos Aires. Lead end‑to‑end mail, scanning and print production, while coaching teams to meet SLA, quality and security standards.

You will also perform hands‑on production tasks when required and cover up to 4 Buenos Aires sites, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, fully onsite. A strong focus on confidentiality, safety and stakeholder service is essential.

Formación

• End-to-end operations experience in high‑volume print environments.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams in fast‑paced production settings.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel data manipulation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end‑to‑end DBS operations (mail, scanning, print) and ensure SLA adherence.
• Oversee customs/import activities and liaise with agents.
• Provide hands‑on production support as backup when needed.
• Enforce quality control and address defects with root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain compliance, safety, and data confidentiality.
• Manage client/stakeholder needs and escalations effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement and reporting using Excel.
• Rotate across up to 4 Buenos Aires locations, Mon–Fri 9–6, on‑site.
