You will apply product knowledge to resolve issues and strengthen client relationships, plan and manage your work, and develop skills in digital literacy, process automation, and fraud-prevention awareness.

Formación

• Knowledge or equivalent expertise in customer service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to establish productive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Experience in using problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve issues, with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
