JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Buenos Aires is seeking an experienced Document & Business Solutions (DBS) Operations Supervisor to oversee mail, scanning, and print operations end-to-end.

The role requires hands-on leadership across 4 Buenos Aires locations and the ability to perform production tasks as needed. The supervisor will ensure SLA/compliance, coach production teams, manage customs relationships, and drive process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

Formación

• Proven end-to-end operations experience in high-volume print production and mail environments.
• 10+ years' experience in team management or equivalent leadership in operations.
• Intermediate English (spoken and written) required.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end operations leadership for DBS services (mail, scanning/digitization, print production), ensuring daily workflow runs smoothly and meets DBS standards/SLAs.
• Customs/import management, owning relationships with customs agents and handling complex import situations.
• Hands-on production support, operating equipment (postage, X-ray, inserting, printing, scanning) and serving as backup by performing production work when needed.
• Quality control: enforce QC measures, address defects/rework with root-cause resolution.
• Controls, compliance, and safety: identify and correct non-compliant activities, ensure site Health & Safety, and safeguard confidential/personal information.
• Client/stakeholder management: build relationships, respond to service needs, and resolve complex inquiries/escalations (mail research, discrepancies).
• Operational management & continuous improvement: implement new services/projects, maintain local procedures, manage inventory/fulfillment and logistics, keep advanced tracking/reporting (Excel), and drive process improvements.
• Work coverage requirements: rotate across up to 4 Buenos Aires locations, Mon-Fri 9-6 with flexibility for coverage, 100% onsite, plus administrative/other assigned duties.
