EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires (CABA) seeks a Senior Associate to join Time Away Operations (Leave & Accommodations). You will provide operational and case coordination support for Leave Management and Workplace Accommodations, maintaining high standards of execution, data integrity, and confidentiality.

You will manage intake, documentation, inbox triage, and lifecycle tracking across HR systems, ensuring timely updates, quality control, and adherence to internal guidelines while

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or high-volume admin roles.
• Exposure to leave of absence, accommodations, or regulated HR processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Case intake, documentation, and setup in case management systems.
• Inbox triage, routing, and handling routine inquiries with escalation as needed.
• Lifecycle support: collect documentation, track items, and meet deadlines.
• Quality control: conduct reviews and ensure complete records before closure.
• Leave processing: validate leave transactions and keep trackers updated.
• Reporting: assist with metrics on case volumes, turnarounds, and deadlines.
