Job summary

EY is seeking a Supervising Associate Talent Team Coordinator in Buenos Aires to partner with Talent Consultants and leadership, coordinating employee life-cycle activities and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will supervise Talent Team Coordinators, coach staff, support onboarding, administer HR processes in SuccessFactors, and drive process improvements to strengthen client experience across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, shared services, or Talent coordination.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Broad working knowledge of HR policies and confidentiality.
• Experience training, mentoring, coordinating, or guiding less experienced colleagues.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Operational support to Talent Team Coordinators, including setting priorities and monitoring workloads.
• Coordinate employee life-cycle and Talent processes (performance, promotions, orientation, surveys, separations).
• Coach team members in real time and support development planning.
• Lead onboarding and training for new hires, including scheduling and systems readiness.
• Conduct or support candidate interviews and assess fit with role and team culture.
• Ensure timely completion of transactions, documentation, and system updates.
• Interface with employees and leadership; resolve inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Use metrics and feedback to identify risks and improve workflows and client experience.
• Create workstream procedures, job aids, and training materials; uphold confidentiality and data handling.
