EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires is seeking an Executive Recruiting Coordinator - Associate to support the executive recruiting lifecycle from candidate processing to onboarding. You will coordinate interviews, maintain records in Avature/SuccessFactors, and ensure timely updates across time zones with US-based colleagues.

The role demands strong organization, excellent communication, and discretion handling sensitive information, working within established procedures and templates.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or related role.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with US-based colleagues during overlapping business hours.
• Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day executive recruiting lifecycle from candidate processing through onboarding and post-hire activities.
• Move candidates through defined workflow steps using Avature; maintain candidate and project records.
• Coordinate executive interview logistics, candidate communications and scheduling.
• Support pre-hire/compliance processes, including background investigations and document routing.
• Prepare and maintain candidate materials and recruitment documentation using templates.
• Assist with offer-letter preparation and related system administration.
• Coordinate onboarding and preboarding activities, including SuccessFactors entries.
• Process recruiting invoices and maintain cost-tracking information.
• Support recurring operations: templates, checklists, reporting.
