Job summary

EY in Argentina seeks a Supervising Associate Talent Team Coordinator to partner with Talent Consultants and leadership, blending hands-on HR operations with team coaching to drive high-quality service delivery.

You will oversee onboarding, performance management, and process improvements across SuccessFactors and other firm tools, guiding coordinators and handling complex inquiries while ensuring policy compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive experience in HR operations, shared services, Talent coordination, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
• Broad working knowledge of HR policies, confidentiality, and employee life-cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Talent Team Coordinators and manage workloads to meet service expectations.
• Coordinate employee life-cycle administration and Talent processes (performance, promotions, orientation, surveys, separations).
• Coach team members in real time and support development planning and escalations.
