Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Associate to support Travel, Meetings & Events operations across Latam. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and the TMC to ensure quality service, help with sourcing and contracting for meetings, and drive compliance and cost savings.

Strong project management, data accuracy, and English skills are required, with 3–5 years in travel or M&E. This role emphasizes process standardization and global alignment with local adaptation.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related discipline; Business, Procurement or Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience in travel/hospitality/Meetings & Events within Latam region.
• Strong data integrity and ability to drive compliance and cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate M&E Guidelines for Latam region.
• Standardize global processes and oversee local compliance.
• Liaise with EY staff and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with EY meeting contracts, addendums and framework agreements.
• Ensure internal processes and policies are followed.
• Review compliance to the Global Travel/M&E program.
• Drive best practices across EY businesses in Sub Area.
• Support Travel/M&E goals by focusing on compliance, cost savings and traveler experience.
