Job summary

EY in Buenos Aires (CABA) is seeking an Americas Learning & Development Projects Specialist - Senior Associate to provide advanced operational, process, and technology support to learning projects. You'll help maintain materials, publish in LMS, and support program management across complex initiatives.

You will work with global teams across time zones, manage documentation, and drive portfolio management and quality checks while ensuring high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in learning and development preferred.
• Experience in professional services or corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio management activities with feedback and reporting for course maintenance.
• Maintain repository of materials in SharePoint and support LMS publication processes.
• Support project management for less complex learning projects and assist senior team members.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and program documentation.
• Communicate progress, risks, and benefits to team members and clients.
