Formación

• Strong knowledge of advanced breeding technologies, analytics, genomics, and quantitative genetics.
• Proven ability to translate research into applied pipelines across crops.
• Experience collaborating across regions and functions to drive strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision and multi-year strategy for research acceleration in the early breeding pipeline.
• Set standards for hypothesis-driven design, decision-ready evidence, and disciplined iteration.
• Shape the enabling-technology agenda across accelerated breeding, genomics, phenotyping, and digital workflows.
• Lead the adoption strategy and change management across crops and regions at scale.
• Own the impact narrative and its metrics to steer investment and planning.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to the Capability Center and focus areas.
• Contribute to Global Breeding strategies and the Long-Range Plan (LRP).
• Engage with universities to attract future talent and partnerships.
• Ensure HS&E, DEI, and compliance are integral to practice.
