• Define vision and multi-year strategy for research acceleration.
• Set standards for hypothesis-driven research and decision-ready evidence.
• Shape enabling-technology agenda across breeding, genomics, and analytics.
• Lead adoption strategies and change management across crops and regions.
• Define metrics for acceleration value and report progress.
• Provide expertise to Capability Center and global focus areas.
• Engage with universities to attract talent.
