Job summary

Terrific in LATAM seeks a Sales Executive to grow our presence with brands, retailers, agencies, and partners across Latin America. You will identify opportunities, create conversations, and drive deals from first contact through close.

This is a remote, full-time contract role requiring self-motivation, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work with an international team. Fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese is expected.

Qualifications

• B2B sales or business development experience with brands, retailers, agencies, or technology companies.
• Proven ability to generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Strong discovery, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate business value and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your LATAM sales pipeline daily.
• Identify high-potential brands, retailers, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and market research to start conversations.
• Lead discovery calls to understand priorities and commercial opportunities.
• Develop proposals, pilots, and commercial opportunities and move deals through close.
• Maintain disciplined CRM activity, forecasting, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with global Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
