Customer Analytics International is seeking an Associate to work remotely with frequent travels across LATAM, supporting C-suite and ex-MBB leaders with data-driven strategies. You will leverage Generative AI tools to solve high-value client challenges and develop strategic recommendations.

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or quantitative disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of experience in management/strategic consulting or similar client-facing roles
• LATAM mobility with willingness to travel across Latin America
• Strong analytical skills and advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with GenAI familiarity
• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level required)

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Engagement Manager in planning, research, data analysis, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance customer service operations and sales effectiveness
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, gather data, and support and facilitate client meetings, workshops, and executive presentations
• Build complex Excel models and extract actionable strategic insights, using GenAI tools to speed up analyses
• Produce high-impact PowerPoint presentations and reports communicating key findings and recommendations
