Job summary

Prometeo Talent partners with an international digital services company to hire an Affiliate Manager for LATAM markets. You will identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates while building strong partnerships and negotiating CPA/RevShare agreements.

You will monitor performance metrics, collaborate with marketing and analytics, and ensure compliant, results-driven campaigns. English fluency is required; Spanish/Portuguese preferred. Remote role with global reach.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally in iGaming or performance marketing.
• Experience working with LATAM markets and affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners).
• Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance models.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements.
• Monitor affiliate performance focusing on FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Provide promotional strategies and campaign optimization support.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
