Wingz, Inc. is seeking a Market Operations Associate to own drivers onboarding, activation, dispatch and routing tasks across markets in a fully remote role.

You will manage daily and weekly targets, coordinate with drivers, monitor on-time performance, and use AI-assisted tools to optimize schedules while maintaining data accuracy and strong communication with teams. 100% remote culture and competitive compensation are highlighted in the role.

Formación

• 2-4 years in operations, dispatch, logistics, or program coordination.
• Strong judgment without a script and the ability to make decisions quickly.
• Comfort with tradeoffs and covering multiple trips or tasks.
• Daily performance tracking and accountability for results.
• Ability to manage multiple threads without dropping any.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Composure under interruptions and fast pace.
• Attention to detail to avoid data errors.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and learning new tools quickly.
• Willingness to work ET hours including weekends or holidays.
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet space for video calls.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and activate new driver applicants, guiding them through the application.
• Build and adjust driver schedules, assigning trips and filling gaps.
• Monitor on-time performance and intervene to prevent delays.
• Own urgent trip reassignments end-to-end with driver contact and resolution.
• Build and adjust routes for efficiency and reliable GPS activation.
• Cover portions of all three areas in smaller or newer markets as needed.
• Own daily and weekly targets and escalate when beyond authority.
