The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Growth Automation Engineer to treat growth as an engineering problem: design and operationalize the systems behind demand capture, lead routing, and experimentation. The role emphasizes automation and AI to transform workflows and build production-grade systems for fast iteration.

This remote role (Latin America) overlaps US Pacific hours, offering hands-on tooling, collaboration with marketing and sales, and measurable impact on growth metrics.

Formación

• Experience in GTM engineering or revenue tech.
• Hands-on with workflow automation platforms and shipped automations.
• Salesforce familiarity and API integration experience.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to work US Pacific hours.

Responsabilidades

• Identify levers in GTM motion and partner with marketing to surface opportunities.
• Build and ship automations from prototypes to production for team-wide use.
• Own ICP segmentation, scoring, and signal-to-action workflows.
• Design multi-channel prospecting pipelines with A/B testing and automation.
• Support ABM and paid media, linking ad engagement to pipeline data.
• Leverage AI to scale demand and improve capture, routing, and speed-to-lead.
