Uproot Clean, fully remote across LATAM, is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper to manage daily operational records, inventory data, and financial workflows. You will identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and build scalable processes across vendors, POs, and shipments.

You will ensure accuracy of inventory data, support month-end closes in QuickBooks or Xero, and collaborate with teams to streamline workflows while maintaining high standards of detail and reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operational records across vendors, PO, shipments, and product data.
• Process inventory invoices and perform 3-way matching with POs.
• Support monthly inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Apply landed costs to shipments and inventory transfers.
• Maintain data accuracy across spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Document processes clearly for scaling and repeatability.
